now I upgraded to kernel 2.6.32.50 but the same error appears again. I got an additional message: [ 222.941860] hald[2517]: segfault at 3100307e ip b77592c5 sp bff8f2f0 error 4 in libglib-2.0.so.0.2400.2[b772d000+c8000] Also I found some related bugreports from opensuse: https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=703625 The mentioned Link http://permalink.gmane.org/gmane.linux.kernel.stable/12655 in https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=708718 is already included in 2.6.32.50 without resolving the problem....
