'rm foo' currently removes every torrent whose name or hash starts with foo. I
understand that this behavior is praticial if one wants to delete torrents based
on the hash, but I find it counterintuitive when deleting torrents based on the
name.

I'd appreciate it if the behavior could be changed to:
 * rm name removes a torrent only if the full name matches.
 * rm hash behaves the same as way it is now.

But at least this behavior should be documented in rm's help message.
