Bug#653752: RM: thttpd -- RoQA; orphaned, RC-buggy, dead upstream, plenty of alternatives exist

Please remove thttpd. It's RC-buggy for nearly a year, orphaned since
2.5 years, dead upstream (last release in 2007) and there's an abundance
of minimal HTTP servers in Debian.
