would it be useful to have a dch switch for translations so that the entry is
added to the []-braced stanza starting with "Translations" and the regular
DEBNAME between (). e.g:
tasksel (2.32) unstable; urgency=low
[ Translations of tasks ]
- ($DEBNAME)
- Updated Brazilian Portuguese translation (André Luís Lopes)
