retitle 652165 FTBFS: autoconf check for GNET fails thank you These are actually the last few lines of the configure run:
checking for GLIB - version >= 2.0.0... yes (version 2.30.2) checking for pkg-config... /usr/bin/pkg-config checking for GNET - version >= 2.0.0... no *** Could not run GNET test program, checking why... *** The test program failed to compile or link. See the file config.log for the *** exact error that occured. This usually means GNET is incorrectly installed. configure: error: scli needs GNET The build failure has nothing to do with a wrong parameter to gcc.
