tags 594944 - unreproducible + confirmed retitle 594944 auctex: preview image dimension error with geometry and dvips thanks
I can confirm this behavior with auctex 11.86-8: running preview-document on the minimal document provided with the bug report with TeX-Pdf mode disabled and geometry produces an image close to the size of the page.
