Yes, for me it was blank. But then, that could have been messed up
because of the unofficial sources.

This should still go into the README.Debian describing the purpose of
MANAGEMENT_INTERFACE. For example, In case we have 2 bridges (which is a
common case recommended for the XenServer setup), only one can serve as
the management interface.

Without it, there is no way to know how to connect a management tool
like OpenXenManager with XCP enabled Debian box.
