I've written a very naive pristine-xz. I don't have a way to detect
compression level, but it can try the most common ones. -6 and -9 are
the only levels that seem used, but the whole list could be tried at the
expense of being slow to fail and perhaps using a lot of memory.

Doing so, I'm able to reproduce 70% of the small corpus of xz files now
present in Debian. Currently trying with --extreme to see if that gets
any more. This is really a smaller success rate than I'm fully
comfortable with.
