That is the bug's subject. I apologize if you understood that my
previous message was referring to subject. It wasn't. It was the
summary of the content of 653993. I should have been more clear.

If you mean that this bug should be merged to 653994, perhaps that is
the correct action. I'm not sure why the bug should stay closed for
