The dictionaries-common trigger to update the aspell hashfile fails in aspell
with
% aspell --per-conf= --local-data-dir=/usr/lib/aspell --lang=en create
master /var/lib/aspell/en-common.rws
Error: /root/:2: The key ".zcompdump" is unknown.
