Well I can build a package myself. No need to upload it to the archive. Meanwhile the issue almost completely went away after I enabled "VSync" in Systemsettings/Desktop Effects. But still it would be good to see whether I can reproduce it with the newest intel driver available before further steps. Cause the issues might have been fixed meanwhile.
