I'd be glad to re-add alpha, sorry I left it out. I just took the buildd list and omitted arches with intractable problems. I'm sure there are a couple of other arches I'll need to add as well. The fix is in alioth. I'll upload when PETSc gets into testing or there's a critical mass of new material.
