sorry, but not a chance. sqlite(2) is 6 years overdue and unmaintained upstream. And it is my opinion it should be removed from wheezy completely and php5-sqlite was one of the obstacles. Also we will ship php5-5.4.x in wheezy where upstream had removed sqlite extension as well. So it doesn't really make sense to I could add Breaks: roundcube header to the php5-sqlite package, but I would need a version number where it will be fixed, so I can add versioned dependency. Roundcube has to deal with the fact it's using 6 years old unmaintained code. I am sorry I cannot help you, but we just could not drag old code just because few stuborn reverse dependencies.
