This can be a very good plan, even if we have to make an update (a debug version) of the package: 0.4.2 and 0.5.4. For the future release of the FreeMedForms project apps, the non-free (according to the DSC) data will be downloadable directly from the application. Applications will be packaged with a sample of free data (so that user can test functionnalities).
