Well, that's not a great answer, it means that you're getting Data Integrity
Errors on a known-good archive, and they aren't reproducible anywhere
else...
Can you please forward us the output of these two commands?
$ dpkg -l bzip2 libbz2-1.0
$ debsums -s bzip2 libbz2-1.0
