Hi Julien and Felipe, It's now a full year since I offered to test, review and sponsor Julien's package update. I have been using it during all this time, and have had no problem at all. Actually, it has fixed so many problems wrt the old version, it's not fair nobody else is taking advance of Julien's effort.
Can we please upload the package now? The perfect is the enemy of the good, and this bug report really shows. The current package was already outdated in squeeze and probably in lenny and the last time it was in a releasable state in wheezy was too long ago. Please, someone upload whatever Julien has today, and lets fix the remaining issues in other uploads. Again, I'm available as a sponsor, reviewer and tester.
