Hi Kees,

Unetbootin uses one of the Qt Specific functions(QLocale.system.name) to
determine the language of your system. Which considers the locale
specific environment variables such as 'LC_MEASUREMENT=nl_NL.utf8',
'LC_TIME=nl_NL.utf8' etc which is required if the program displays
time/measurement related things.

I'm not sure if this can be fixed in Debian, so I'm forwarding this to
upstream.
