Package: synergy
Version: 1.3.8-1
Severity: normal

I have a working synergy system that gives me the normal amount of
trouble. However, I recently started using the NoMachine NX client to
create a virtual desktop for a remote server.

As such I have three machines:

base - this machine has the keyboard, runs the synergy server, has the
keyboard/mouse attached, and also has an NX client window open to remote
machine tango. Base uses xfce4 as its GUI.

mac - a Mac client that's running 1.3.8-1

tango - a CentOS machine running FreeNX

Scenario:

* base running synergys, mac running synergyc 1.3.8 as well, can move
mouse between machines with no difficulty
* start up NX client on base. NX client creates window with a xfce4
desktop on remote machine tango
* in the NX client window/desktop, copy some text to clipboard
* mouse over to machine mac
* synergys crashses with segfault on base

This happens as long as there's any text in the clipboard from the NX
client - if I restart synergys and try to mouse again, I get a crash.
The only way to stop this cycle is to copy some text to the clipboard
from a regular (non-NX client) window; that stops the problem.
