No, only one.

That's a real case of policy 9.9 "don't use the environment for
configuration". I'd rather like to get rid of DEBEMAIL, too, and put
it into ~/.devscripts (which didn't work last time I tried). In turn,
dcut should probably also read that file.

I didn't have the time yet to investigate further, but a
standardization of Debian tool configs would probably be helpful for
lots of people/packages. (That's a different issue, though.)

Please do. I know that -k is still not optimal (~/.devscripts is the
way to go imho), but that option should be there.
