Dear Sirs,
first of all thank You for this effective and yet still
easy to use tool which will help me report a bug in
linux-image-3.1.0-1-amd. One which adversely affect the
performance of (LSI) 3ware RAID adapter using the 3w-9xxx module.
At the first run of reportbug it has prompted: "What real name
should be used for sending bug reports?", supplying name with non
ASCI character resulted:

UnicodeEncodeError: 'ascii' codec can't encode character u'\xc1' in position 8:
ordinal not in range(128)
As one can see supplying the name with only ASCII character enabled the
reporting of this bug (and the waiting of a half an hour or so which is
required booting the system using the kernel in the linux-image-3.1.0-1-amd64
package will make possible the reporting of the bug for which this very
package installed).
I thank You in anticipation for your efforts enhancing this otherwise
magnificent tool.
