You're missing the point. 

The URL you mention show that these files are aspsms.com properties.

What gives you the right to:
- download these files ?
- use these files in your program ?
- re-distribute these files ?

Unless these question are answered in a verifiable way, your package cannot be 
uploaded in Debian (even in contrib)
