Hmm. I see the issue, but I'm not sure if moving
architecture-specific generated files into /usr/share/ is the right
fix. Also it is necessary to swizzle the other usages of that
variable in scheme/Makefile.am or this happens:
$ dpkg --install ikarus_0.0.3+bzr.2010.01.26-1.nopkglib_amd64.deb
$ ikarus
ikarus: failed to open boot file
"/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/ikarus/ikarus.boot": No such file or directory
But seriously: thank you very much for the bug report. I'll do the
minor needed reworking of the patch, and then dupload. The same
problem is also present in the vicare fork of ikarus, BTW; I'll port
the patch and send it there too.
