Files like stable_api_nonsense.txt.gz should have the date at the top, like many others there do. We are lucky to see he mentions kernel 2.6, thus getting some idea of the time frame of the document. But we still cannot tell if these are this year's opinions, or last year's. Same problem with sched-stats.txt.gz, etc. So all the files should have a date stamp at top.
