the dhclient will not be terminated. when trying to reboot, systemd will wait forever and the system will not reboot. I know the bug is in wicd (i will attempt to fix and send a patch), but the good old sysvinit would first try to send nice signals, and then just kill all the processes that kept ignoring the signals. So that the system could be rebooted.
