Hello David, I just checked in the last or second last set of fixes for the German man page translation. There is one fundamental issue still under discussion on debian-l10n-german which might modify quite a few strings, but besides this the translation is complete and ready for upload.
It would be great if a new version could be release well ahead of
Wheezy to give users a chance to report issues we translators missed.
Of course, synchronization with #646173 would be sensible.
Do not hestitate to ask if there any questions regarding the German
man page translation.
