Thansk, I use now ucfq --with-colons ... I have now updated and will soon upload tex-common 3.1 that properly handles all the config and ucf files, on upgrades from versions < 3 moves 00updmap.cfg settings over, removes all ucf files if unchanged, etc etc etc. For those who have upgrades to 3.0 there is some har work to be done to do it by hand, though ;-) Now also leaving for a shifted weekend Sat night - Mon night without much internet (no laptop, only smartphone).
