Package: ripperx Version: 2.6.6-1 Severity: normal
Steps to reproduce: 0. Start ripperx 1. Insert a CD 2. Click "Scan" 3. Click on the title of a track which is *not* selected, placing the cursor anywhere other than before the first character or after the last character. 4. Press Backspace Expected behavior: Character in front of cursor disappears and cursor remains in the same place. Actual behavior: Character in front of cursor disappears and cursor jumps to the end of the title. My own personal opinion is that typing into the title should not select the track -- these operations are orthogonal IMO. But, I don't have strong feelings. I suspect the funny cursor movement is related to changing the selector button from a minus to a checkmark. If the track is selected already, backspace works as expected.
