Thanks for your bugreport. That is already possible. Please check the README file for unattended-upgrades: /usr/share/doc/unattended-upgrades/README.gz for information how to do that. Especially the part about how to specify "allowed-origins". Unless there is something missing here I wonder if this bugreport can be closed as the feature is already available.
