Package: fftw3 Version: 3.3.1-1 Severity: important Tags: experimental libfftw3-mpi-3 conflicts with fftw3 making it uninstallable with libfftw3-3 which provides fftw3. Unfortunately libfftw3-mpi-3 needs symbols from libfftw3-3 so it does not work at all. Maybe for the same reason libfftw3-mpi-3 is not properly linked against libfftw3-3, see all the dpkg-shlibdep warnings.
