Hm... Thanks for build test of "all" packages. These are good
regression test on the TeX related tools :-)
If there is build error in Chinese (Simplified), there are few possible
root causes:
* something chenged in TEX/LATEX (Build system)
* I accidentaly broke some text encoding somewhere recently which
caused TEX/LATEX to freak out. (Input text data)
* Build script (Makefile, ...)
Although patch is simple, this is not how we wanted to solve this. (We
removed it hoping this will build) So I do not want to add patch
supplied kindly.
So I will test build here in chroot and report it later with the root
causes.
