Justification: renders package unusable
After installing libxbase2.0-dev with apt-get, sources using xbase
cannot be compiled, with the following error:
# gcc -o copy-new-serv copy-new-serv.cpp -lxbase

In my particular setup it was fixed by installing the libstdc++2.10-dev package
