severity 300115 important #as per http://www.debian.org/Bugs/Developer#severities, as newhidups and energizerups (from nut-usb too) are still usable. This bug seems due to a change in 2.0.1-pre2 (call to HIDIOCINITREPORT for some other APC models), and we can't satisfy both at the same time, at least with hidups... thanks
...But I'm also preparing the final switch to newhidups... Please, launch newhidups (from 2.0.1) and report back the data tree dumped. I'm currently preparing a patch to add apc support to newhidups (check http://alioth.debian.org/projects/nut/) and will keep you informed for testing...
