* lapack-doc: Upgrade failed due to conflict. For some reason, the
replaces that was intended in -27 did not make it into the uploaded
package. Make lapack-doc replace lapack3-doc now. Closes: #299634.
* lapack-test relaces lapack3-test as does converse. These conflicting
manpages are identical.
* All packages save shared lib package conflict/replace with analog in
lapack3.
* Remove explicit depends on blas2 now that libs are explicitly
linked against these.
