i don't believe that it was, though it's a mixed testing/unstable
system that's had a lot of stuff installed on it. i can verify
that it builds without a problem using pbuilder.
i also am no longer able to recreate the problem on the machine
in question, so i'm guessing that an apt-get upgrade fixed whatever
it was. feel free to close the report :)
