IMO the times are close enough (18 min. difference) to justify my statement that the bug was closed together with the upload of the package fixing the problem, as was indicated by Christian in his reply closing the report. Reason the build errors still occur for powerpc is that the upload was done for amd64 and the powerpc buildd took more than a day to pick it up. For powerpc, the package should get hit the mirrors with the mirror pulse running $NOW. As someone who has been intimately involved with Debian for so long, one would expect mr. Luther to know how these things work...
