Marcus, Thanks for this bug report. However as we are unable to reproduce and it hasn't been reported elsewhere I'm going to downgrade to severity important: 'major effect on the usability of a package, without rendering it completely unusable to everyone' I have now produced an digikam-dbg package which contains the symbols for debugging and I would ask you to install this package and see if your backtrace produces any further results. digikam-dbg_0.9.2-3 will have to go through NEW processing so may take a few days/ weeks to appear in the archive. If you are able could you download and build an amd64 package from http://people.debian.org/~msp which will give you the digikam-dbg package for amd64. Mark
