Please wait for the current xmms2-plugin-wma package to migrate to testing. It depends on xmms2 plugin packages (xmms2-plugin-avformat, xmms2-plugin-avcodec) which in turn depend on the appropriate packages (libavcodec1d, libavformat1d).
