Depends on which version of Debian you are running. It was uploaded
into the 'unstable' tree, will probably install and run ok on an 'etch'
system, though I haven't tried that. The packages can be retrieved from
any site in our mirror network, a suitable URL for the directory in
question in the USA would be:
ftp://ftp.us.debian.org/debian/pool/main/a/amanda
