This was broken by a new version of libdatetime-locale-perl and is fixed in 1.0702-1, uploaded yesterday. From the upstream changelog: 1.0701 2007-09-18 - The revised locale tests releasese - Many people pointed out that while this module hadn't broken the tests for the French locale had.
