The package install should no longer break unpleasantly (instead, dpkg will not allow you to install the packages together at all). Note that a proper replaces: solution (where kdesdk-misc claims ownership of kdevelop3-plugin's files) cannot be put in place until the kdevelop maintainer uploads a kdevelop _without_ the subversion plugin (otherwise, regardless of what kdesdk claims about ownership, any future kdevelop upgrades will break the system again). Until then I believe the conflicts to be the only clean solution. If anyone has plans to reopen this bug because this conflicts offends them in some way, please reassign it to kdevelop3-plugins since a prettier upgrade path requires action on kdevelop's part.
