After a recent upgrade, when I logged out of my session and came back, I
got a dialog telling me OAFIID:GNOME_ClockApplet couldn't be loaded, and
asked me whether I wanted it deleted or not. The same message appears
when trying to add the clock applet in the panel.
I get the following in .xsession-errors:

The fact is, there is no such "prefs" key under /apps/panel/applets/applet_13.
