thinkpad X61, debian testing, kernel 2.6.22-3-amd64

same problem after latest update to network-manager. downgrade to stable
version 0.6.4 fixes the problem.

i just saw this thread and downloaded the new debs from
http://beast.luon.net/~sjoerd/NM/ work as well. i also only install the
network-manager .deb
