So the first upload was rejected because I used the wrong debsign. So
I've fixed the changelog entry and now it says:
acl (2.2.47-1.1) unstable; urgency=low
* Non-maintainer upload.
* Don't call configure with --enable-lib64=yes. (Closes: #477515)
This fixes the lib64 rpaths, so no need to call chrpath anymore.
