One problem with the migration instructions in README.migration.gz is
that moin is not in the path for user www-data. I can find moin
in /usr/share/moin/server/moin and use the full path but I get the
following error when I run it.

/etc/moin# /usr/share/moin/server/moin --config-dir /etc/moin --wiki-url
localhost/profitwiki migration data

If I run moin-mass-migrate there is the same problem with moin not being
in the path. I hard coded /usr/share/moin/server/moin in the
moin-mass-migrate script and then I get the same error as above.
