Justification: renders package unusable

After upgrading foomatic-db-engine to version 3.0.2-20080211-1 (lenny),
 the program printconf give the error "Unable to read printer database.
 Please ensure the "foomatic-db" package is installed properly.". Note that
 changing only the foomatic-db-engine package to a an older version,
 make it works correctly.
