The package can't be built currently on alpha arm armel hppa because
build-dependencies are no longer available:
On alpha, arm, and hppa default-jdk-builddep is no longer available.
You should either allow building on these architectures without java
or get the binaries for these architectures removed by filing a
bug against ftp.debian.org.
On armel only libdb4.6-java is not available. You will either need
to allow building without it, or get the db maintainers to build it
(its removal might be an error that happended when they removed the
arm version), or get the armel binaries removed by filing a bug
against ftp.debian.org.
