Hi!

The unavailability of libupnp3 was probably caused by a wrong upload of
libupnp [1], fixed after by [2].

As libupnp3 is now available on unstable [3] and amule isn't uninstallable
 (tested on a clean unstable chroot), I am closing this bug.
