Your package ships an librrd.la which has a dependency_libs in it. That has things in it like /usr/lib/libxml2.la. Every package that's using libtool to link against your package will have a problem that /usr/lib/libxml2.la isn't available. Please make sure you have a Depends for all files mentioned in the dependency_libs, either directly or indirectly.
