Hi. The BTS seems to consider the NMU to be not properly acknowledged and says that it is still open.
This is caused by the fact that you neither closed the bug with your upload nor included the changelog entry of the NMU in your changelog. A "fixed 451395 0.3.0-1" to [EMAIL PROTECTED] should take care of this issue.
