I agree with you that probably this could be a vol_id bug (udev), but I'm not
sure. Anyway this shouldn't be a dmraid issue, so I'm downgrading this bug 
report.

I think you should write about this issue on Linux-hotplug-devel mailing list
[0]. Please ask if your missed ID_FS_USAGE=raid is relative to a vol_id wrong
signature detection.
